One of the most important fluid known to man is blood but what is this fluid comprise of and what is it importance to man? These are questions that has to be tackle in order for us, beleievers to fully grasp what kind of work our Lord and saviour did for us.
The blood was not just a means for us to be alive,
it was first and foremost a link of identity, Man was created in the image of God, but that didn't give man possession, man's possession came to reality when God esterblished a link between Himself and man, it was this link between man and God that made man to be called god. The link was based on man possessing what God possessed. After man was created, man was still as dead as what he was created from, the link now was that God breath into him.Gen 2:7
What God breadth into man, made man a living soul, not a living spirit nor a living flesh but a living soul meaning man became aware of his environment.
Man was first a spirit man before he became a soul man, when God's breadth came into man a spirit life came into being John 3:6; and resided in the heart that's why the heart is often refers to as the spirit man. It has been proven scientifically that from the heart the blood is pump to the rest part of the body, so as the spirit life flows from the heart and it came into contact with the flesh blood came out at that point man became a living soul Lev 17:11
So the existence of man was made possible because of the blood, in that regard the promises of God would have remain as promises if not that the blood came to being.
When man deviated from the will of God the blood became contaminated therefore, there was a need for a blood flush, because the link that man had with God, that made him to be in charge was distorted, to resolve the issue a blood transfusion was required, Matt 26:28. The need for this blood transfusion made Christ to come 1Pet 1:19, Christ came to reestablished that link between Man and God, there was a covenant that existed from the foundation of the world and Christ came to ensure that covenant keeps flowing, Heb 13:20.
Revelation 5:9 tells us for this link to be reesterblish, the same blood link that was used in the beginning has to be use again and John 20:22 saidJesus breath into them, just the same way God did the first time, am glad to tell you that as many that have that breath in them have access to the throne of God because they carry His identity. Therefore, don't let any one tells you, you are a non entity, because you are not, you have the identity of the greatest one in you, the bible said the greater one is in you because you are connected to him so, be proud of what you have let the knowledge of who you are in divinity consume you and the fire of the Almight God will burn in your life every day.
The blood is your connecting point to God, don't let go of that connection, the angels envy you because they don't possess it, demons tremble because they can't hurt the one carrying that blood trait and the world is at your feet because you are a co-creator with God. Celebrate the blood of Jesus because that is where your victory as a believer lies. When ever you are in any challenge tap into this blood mystery and enjoy the out flow of heavenly intervention, you have a Father that will never forsake His own.
