There are things that can stop
you from manifesting Godship. These things are not external, they are internal.
In other words, you are the only one that can stop yourself from manifesting
divinity. You are the only one who can decide the height you will get to in
life. It is either you manage it or it becomes a mere mileage. It is in your
disposal to decide whether you want to be at God’s disposition. It is your
desire that determines the height you get to.
The followings are the hindrance
to manifesting God
Hatred:
Proverbs 10:12, Proverbs 26:24-26
A man that has been consumed by
hatred never sees what is working. All he sees is what is not working. When a
man is full of hatred, he removes himself from the class of God.
Hatred blinds the heart and stops
the person from seeing God. Hatred blocks a man from receiving inspiration.
Hatred robs you of divinity and makes a man a stupidity. Lev 19:17. In this
race, what will make you enjoy God’s abiding presence and grace is openness of
heart. If any man offends you, go to him and tell him. Eph 4:31. It should not
be heard that somebody carrying the nature of God is angry with God’s creature.
1 Jn 2:9.
A man cannot be in darkness and confess to be
manifesting light. Don’t be a fault finder. Be a pathfinder. Fault finders
don’t go beyond faults, but pathfinders set the pace for others to follow.
The key out of hatred is express
love in words.
Indiscipline:
It is the highest form of indiscipline
for a man not to respect time. It is indiscipline for a man not to know the
season he is. Most destinies crush because of indiscipline. It is indiscipline
for a man to have a call with God and be sleeping away the time. Tit 1:5. There
is time for you to take yourself out of men so that you can introduce something
to men.
It is gross indiscipline for you
not to have a priority for your life. Indiscipline thrives in excuses. It is
indiscipline for you to always want to give excuses for what you are obligated
to do. Indiscipline robs you of the time you need to wait for a renewal. Hab
2:1, Psa 141: 3, Zeph 1:12. It is indiscipline for you not to focus on what you
are doing and you are looking at what others are doing. Matt 3:12
An undisciplined man cannot
function in God because God is a disciplinarian. It is indiscipline to flout
correction and instructions.
The way out of indiscipline is
discipline. Take everything to mind. Regard everything. Give everything its
proper place.
Disobedience:
Exodus 5:2
Disobedience is equal to
disrespect. When you disobey an instruction, you are not disobeying the instructor;
you are simply disobeying the authority that put him as the instructor. 1Sam
13:13. Disobedience is equal to foolishness. A disobeying heart cannot see the
ordination of God. 2Ki 13:21-22. A lot of great destinies have been aborted on
the platform of disobedience. When you murmur, it is a sign of disobedience and
the penalty is a delayed journey. Matt 15:3. The reason for some people’s
disobedience is that they want things to be done in their own way and once that
does not happen, they find it difficult to follow.
The solution to disobedience is
to take every instruction as if your life depends on it.
